International participation evidence

A university's official 2025 report records foreign degree and language students joining residents in the street parade. This confirms participation, not a count of visitors arriving from overseas.

Getting there by public transport

Take KTX from Seoul Station to Gangneung, or a bus from Dong Seoul Terminal, then continue to the Namdaecheon grounds. The station is not the venue. Confirm local buses, shuttles and return times separately.

This is a place-name map search, not a guarantee of live services, the best route or event access.

Admission, booking & conditions

The ended 15–22 June 2026 edition offered free basic admission. Check the official schedule for each performance, ritual or activity. Next-edition dates and activity registration terms remain unconfirmed.

Official language & booking access

The organizer's Korean/English sites explain rituals, performances, activities and venue maps. Free basic admission does not mean that food, merchandise or every individual activity is free.
