Find the boarding area for your terminal
At Terminal 1, check area 10 outside the arrivals level; at Terminal 2, check basement Transportation Center bay 2. Use your ticket and the live departure board for the exact bay and confirm your drop-off with the driver.

Check the stops and arrival announcement
The vehicle may display Pohang, but your ticket should be for Gyeongju Intercity Terminal. Some departures run via Dongyeongcheon; check the stop list and get off at Gyeongju before the coach continues to Pohang.

Collect your bags and make the final local journey
Compare a walk, local bus or taxi from the terminal to Hwangnidan-gil, Daereungwon or your stay. Bomun Resort and Bulguksa accommodation are elsewhere; use the full address for the additional journey.

Follow the KTX and mainline-train signs at Seoul Station. AREX tickets are not valid on KORAIL trains; check your separate ticket’s departure station and train number.

Check your ticket to Gyeongju Station
Check the departure station, train number and seat on your pre-booked ticket from Seoul Station to Gyeongju Station. Allow for airport arrival formalities and transfers when choosing the connection, then check the departure board before boarding.

Board your connecting train
Find your booked train’s platform on the departure board and board the carriage and seat shown on your ticket. AREX and mainline trains use different platforms, so allow time to walk through the station.

Continue from the station to your stay
From Gyeongju Station, look up a bus, taxi or walking route to your stay. This is a different arrival point from Gyeongju Intercity Bus Terminal; plan the station-to-hotel journey separately.
Use Korea time (KST). Check the service from your arrival terminal after immigration and baggage claim. For connections, check the last departure of every leg, not just the first train or bus.

How do I book Gyeongju if only Pohang is shown?
Check that the Pohang route calls at Gyeongju Intercity Terminal, then choose that stop in the booking search. Do not use the final Pohang fare as the Gyeongju fare.
Are Gyeongju Intercity Terminal and the KTX station the same place?
They are separate places. The coach arrives at the intercity terminal, while a KTX arrives at Gyeongju Station; compare the onward route from each.
Do Hwangnidan-gil and Bomun stays use the same onward route?
Plan them as different destinations. Look up each route from the terminal and choose walking, a bus or a taxi according to your luggage and arrival time.
Does the Dongyeongcheon variant still stop at Gyeongju?
The airport’s published Pohang route via Dongyeongcheon includes Gyeongju Intercity Terminal. Confirm the stop list for your chosen departure and your ticket’s destination before boarding.
